Food is a central part of our establishment at Salthamn, and we value that our guests know the origin of the food they consume.
We follow the seasons: we harvest, process and serve the vegetables, fruits and berries from our own gardens, as well as from the wild. We strive to expand and complement our agriculture as well as the wild pantry through an establishment of edible herbs, trees and shrubberies.
We want to make Salthamn a self-sufficient oasis where the wild and the cultivated landscape are forged into a whole which is greater than the sum of its parts.
