All houses are non-smoking. Smoking outside is allowed.
Pets are only allowed in The Red House and The Yellow House.
If you haven’t paid for cleaning at check-out, please make sure you follow our specified cleaning directions.
In Villa Salthamn cleaning is always included in the price.
At the time of reservation 20% of the rent will be charged from your registered credit card.
2 months prior to arrival, the remaining amount will be charged.
Reservations made less than 2 months prior arrival will be fully charged.
20% of the rent is non-refundable.
Cancellations made later than 2 months prior arrival will be fully charged.

If there is any stolen items or damage in the house, we will charge your card.
