For over a decade, we have carefully shaped Salthamn. Just north of Visby lies this place of blooming meadows, pine-scented forests, and endless sea views. A unique landscape where nature is always at the center – even as we build. The first phase of the has just been finalized with several new houses. Building at Salthamn means becoming part of a well-planned, self-sufficient area with modern infrastructure and sustainable solutions. Everything is prepared – you can focus on building your home; we’ve already thought of the rest.
Salthamn has its own desalination plant that produces drinking water directly from the sea, as well as its own wastewater treatment facility. Both are operated by the non-profit company Salthamn Vatten och Avlopp AB (svb), run in the same way as Region Gotland’s public water and sewage services.
Salthamn is equipped with modern infrastructure for both electricity and high-speed fiber internet. Connections are prepared for each plot, making it easy to set up your home with reliable power and fast communication from day one.
You are free to choose your own architect – as long as the home follows the site’s design principles. Each home will be unique, yet anchored in the landscape and the rhythm of nature.
