Welcome to our summer restaurant in the old Factory. From our outdoor kitchen in the courtyard, we serve well-prepared food every day of the week. Spend the whole day here – enjoy a delicious lunch, a refreshing sangria at the bar, or an early dinner. We also offer a wide selection of homemade pastries, ice cream, coffee, and cold drinks to enjoy in our beautiful sunny courtyard.
We’re opening the restaurant already on June 6th, and we look forward to another wonderful summer at the Factory!
During the rest of the year, we offer private dinner packages in the dining rooms of Sea Villa or Villa Salthamn. Warm welcome!
