Welcome to our summer restaurant in the Factory.
From our outdoor kitchen in the courtyard, we serve well-prepared food every day of the week. You’re welcome to enjoy the whole day with us – whether it’s a tasty lunch, a refreshing sangria at the bar, or an early dinner.
We also offer a wide selection of homemade pastries, own ice cream, coffee, and cold drinks to enjoy in our beautiful sunny courtyard.
The restaurant opens already on June 6th, and we’re looking forward to another wonderful summer at Fabriken!
During the rest of the year, we offer private dinner packages in the dining rooms of Sjöstugan or Villa Salthamn.
