The villa accommodates five double rooms, three single rooms, and a family room with two double beds. With extra sofa beds, up to 23 guests can stay overnight. For events, the house holds up to 50 guests – ideal for networking during Almedalen Week, private parties, or meetings in a secluded setting.

A Venue Burned Down and Reborn
Factory at Salthamn is a unique event venue on Gotland, ideal for large parties, mingles, panel debates, and concerts during Almedalen Week or other occasions. Its industrial character is combined with carefully preserved details after an extensive renovation.
The dining hall accommodates up to 150 seated guests. The adjacent BlackBox venue is perfect for lectures, debates, and stage programs. Together, the venues can host several hundred people in a dynamic environment. The courtyard is also excellent for mingle dinners in nice weather. Factory is located close to Visby but secluded from the city’s hustle – perfect for creating your own programs or networking events. We also offer transport solutions for your groups.
Salthamn is beautifully located by the sea, just 10 minutes north of Visby. It’s easy to get here by car, bike, or bus.
