The house is surrounded of luscious nature, located on a secluded road just a few meters from the Lummelunda caves. On the little road there are seven houses in total, of which two are newly built.

The house is surrounded of luscious nature, located on a secluded road just a few meters from the Lummelunda caves. On the little road there are seven houses in total, of which two are newly built.
The kitchen is specially design by carpenters from Roma and was built in 2010. It’s equipped with limestone countertops, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, and a lot of space for storage as well. Everything is tastefully designed with exclusive materials and a soft color palette.
The beautiful living room has an open fireplace which warms you pleasantly any season. There is one bedroom with a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed for two people. Here you can also enjoy a spacious sauna with a separate toilet and laundry room.
You can walk down to the sea in 10 minutes. Here you can relax with a good book, take a refreshing dip and perhaps enjoy a barbecue for friends and family by the sea.

Bed linen and towels can be rented at a fee of 200 SEK per person.
Cleaning is also available for an additional cost of 2000 SEK.
Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed.
Payment terms
All reservations will be charged with 20% of the total rental amount at the time of booking.
2 months before arrival, the remaining rent will be charged.
Reservations made less than 2 months before arrival will be fully charged.
Cancellation Policies
20% of the rent is non-refundable.
Cancellations made later than 2 months before arrival will be charged to its full.
