This little charming wooden house is suitable for 4-6 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed.
In the living room there is a fireplace and a sofa bed for two people.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There is a bathroom with a washing machine. In the garden on the veranda you can barbecue and prepare for a lovely outdoor dinner.
You can start your day with a refreshing morning dip in the sea. In the little dock by the sea. From the house you can hike to the beautiful park by the Lummelunda caves and further north towards Nyhamns Fishing village.
Just a five minute walk from the house you will find “Fabriken” an old factory that has now been transformed to a summer restaurant and a café. The factory is also a great venue for concerts, special events and parties.
The Factory is also the home of Rolf & Friends, a large concept / lifestyle shop filled with interior design and fashion as well as handcrafted ceramics and arts.

Bed linen and towels can be rented at a fee of 200 SEK per person.
Cleaning is also available for an additional cost of 2000 SEK.
Pets are allowed in The Red House and in The Yellow House, smoking is not allowed.
Payment terms
At the time of reservation 20% of the rent will be charged from your registered credit card.
2 months prior to arrival, the remaining amount will be charged.
Reservations made less than 2 months prior arrival will be fully charged.
Cancellation Policy
20% of the rent is non-refundable.
Cancellations made later than 2 months prior arrival will be fully charged.
