The Beach House is suitable for four people, and with extra beds, it can accommodate up to seven people. On the upper floor you will find a double bed, on the ground floor a wider single bed fitting two people. There are also two sleeping lofts with four extra beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room that fits two people. The living room features a fireplace for cozy evenings. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal for four people. There is one bathroom with a shower and also a washing machine for your convenience. Enjoy a lovely outdoor dinner in the garden next to the sea.
You can start your day with a morning dip in the sea. In the little dock there are also small boats, kayaks to rent. From the house you can hike to the beautiful park by the Lummelunda caves and continue north towards Nyhamns Fishing village.
Just behind and up the hill from the house, you’ll find “Fabriken”, an old factory that has now been transformed to a Summer Wild Food Café & Restaurant Bar. The Factory is also a great venue for concerts, special events and parties.
The Factory is also the home of Rolf & Friends, a large concept / lifestyle shop filled with interior design and fashion, as well as handcrafted ceramics and arts.
The founder Katarina Rolf also offers various workshops in the art of ceramics.

Bed linen and towels can be rented at a fee of 200 SEK per person.
Cleaning is also available for an additional cost of 2000 SEK.
Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed.
Payment terms
All reservations will be charged with 20% of the total rental amount at the time of booking.
2 months before arrival, the remaining rent will be charged.
Reservations made less than 2 months before arrival will be fully charged.
Cancellation Policies
20% of the rent is non-refundable.
Cancellations made later than 2 months before arrival will be charged to its full.
